Coming to Sandown Library soon -- Beaches, Books & Bottles: Stories and activities for children
aged 4 to 8. Tuesday 14th August 10.30am to 11.30am. This is a free
event but tickets are required and under 5’s must be accompanied by an
adult throughout.
Tuesday 21st August
Going for Gold -- Stories and activities for 4 to 8 year olds. Tuesday 21 st August 2.30pm
to 3.45pm. This is a free event and there is no need to book. Under 5’s
must be accompanied by an adult throughout.
Friday 7th September
Meet Adrian Searle, author of ‘The Spy Beside the Sea’ and find out the
true story of Dorothy O’Grady, Sandown’s infamous second world war spy.
Friday 7th September 6.30pm. This is a free event but tickets are
required.
